He enjoys doing all of the above with his wife Kristin and including their five children as much as possible! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His favorite activity is &#8220;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"ultra-neering (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/TJA_wNDjecE\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ultra-neering<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;, combining long distance running with mountaineering, to explore the beautiful and remote mountains (and <a href=\"https:\/\/fastestknowntime.com\/route\/shi-shi-beach-oil-city-road-wa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"beaches (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>beaches<\/strong><\/a>) of the Pacific Northwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His most difficult running feats include finishing the notorious Plain 100 mile race, and running the 95 mile Wonderland trail around Mt.
